Agenda, ALCDW 2018

This free workshop has sessions for students and faculty. The workshop will be held in Columbia on the afternoon of Thursday, June 14 (faculty only) and all day on Friday, June 15 (faculty and students) with concurrent sessions for each group. Below is the agenda and schedule (we will not be printing programs). This year, we are co-hosting with our sister organization, SC EPSCoR/IDeA and are offering sessions for NSF researchers, in addition to our NIH focus. Also new this year will be a social/dinner on Thursday evening and networking lunch seated by research interests topics on Friday. Seating will be limited.

*Parking for Thursday’s event is in the adjoining parking garage on Park and Pendleton Streets, is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the USC Alumni Center. The garage is managed by the City of Columbia who charges hourly rates for parking. My Carolina’s entrance from the Park Street garage is on the 2nd floor. Street level entrances are on Senate Street.

**Friday’s Workshop will be held at the South Carolina State Museum located on Gervais Street in Columbia. Parking will be free. Your name badge from the Workshop will also give you same-day 10% discount at the Museum's gift shop, discounted tickets to the 4D theatre and Planetarium ($4) and free general admittance to the rest of the Museum, if time allows. Museum closes at 5 pm.
