Poster Guidelines

Posters accepted for presentation should adhere to the following Guidelines:

• SIZE: Due to size limitations of the poster boards to be used at the Conference, posters can measure NO WIDER than 4 feet (48 inches) landscape. We strongly suggest that posters are no more than 3 feet (36 inches) high.

• POSTER NUMBERS: Student posters will be judged. Poster numbers will be available on the boards and the number card must be prominently displayed. (Poster presenters with an odd number poster number will need to be at their posters from 2:30 to 4 pm; even posters numbers will be 4 to 5:30 pm.)

• POSTER HANGING: The Conference will provide push pins.

• PRINTING: Should you need to have your poster printed in Columbia, the nearest location to the Conference venues is FedEx Office located at 1111 Greene St., Columbia, SC 29201 (website).
